Amend Bill No. 36-0346 as follows: In Section 1, Section 4206(a), strike paragraphs (2) and (3) and insert the following: “(2) implementing temporary licensure and licensure by endorsement under section 4222, including primary-source verification of credentials, equivalent education and competency, continuing education, medical direction, and orientation to territorial protocols; and (3) providing procedures for qualified emergency medical services providers employed on recurring, rotational, seasonal, or other temporary assignments to obtain and renew licensure by endorsement under section 4222 without establishing residence in the Virgin Islands;”. etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc,.............................................................................
