To amend 36-0247 Replace existing Section 2(d) with the following language: All permanent signs, plaques, markers, memorials, monuments, and other commemorative installations that bear or recognize the official name of a park or commemorate a person, place, event, or feature within the Territorial Parks System shall conform to the Division's graphic and signage standards, etc, etc, etc
