To amend TITLE 23 Title 23, Section 454(a)(10)(C) is stricken in its entirety Title 23, Section 451(q) and 452(e) are amended by striking “15” and inserting “17” Title 23 Section 456 (d)(4) is amended by inserting that the end of the subsection the following: “Failure to provide the applicant with a written notice of denial within the prescribed time limit will result in the immediate approval and issuance of a Virgin Islands Firearm License.” etc, etc, etc
