Amend the title of Bill No. 36-0257 to read as follows: An Act transferring the eastern portion of Parcel No. 2C Estate Ross, 8 New Quarter, St. Thomas, from the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority to the Department of Property and Procurement, for the use and benefit of the Department of Education for the development, reconstruction, operation, and expansion of the Charlotte Amalie High School. Amend Section 1 to read as follows:“SECTION 1. The eastern portion of Parcel No. 2C Estate Ross, 8 New Quarter, St. Thomas, is hereby transferred from the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority to the Department of Property and Procurement, for the use and benefit of the Department of Education for the development, reconstruction, operation, and expansion of the Charlotte Amalie High School, etc, etc, etc
