Amend Bill No. 36-0134 by adding the following language: (b) (1) A government employee seeking public office shall provide written notification of Candidacy to the head of the his department or agency (h) The Division of Personnel shall develop, promulgate, and adopt administrative rules and regulations to implement this section no later than March 15, 2026. (1) The rules and regulation adopted pursuant to this subsection shall be distributed to all department and agency heads later than seven days following their adoption
