Amendment to Bill 36-0105 Section 3: a) Delete all language following the word "products" on line 16 b) Insert the following language after the word "products" on line 16: "are striclty prohibited from selling and/or distributing these products until such time all requirements in accordance to Section (4) of this lesiglation is implemented. Furthermore, all retailers in possession of these products shall notify and coordiante with the Virgin Islands Department of Helath for proper disposal of said products."
